Product features

It has an energy saving effect of approximately 77% compared to our previous product (NCC-1120 type), contributing to reductions in power consumption and CO2 . Highly accurate temperature control using a heater and refrigerator circulates liquid whose temperature is controlled from -10 to 80℃. The NCC-3100 series uses a water-cooled refrigerator, so it can be used in clean rooms and places with high ambient temperatures.

It can be used to control the temperature of light sources for electron microscopes and spectrophotometers, reaction vessels, exposure equipment, lapping equipment (semiconductor manufacturing equipment), etc.

 

In consideration of use in the industrial field, it is equipped with a variable overheating preventer, an emergency stop button, and an alarm output terminal that are independent of the temperature controller.

In the event of a liquid leak in the piping or an abnormality in the circulation destination, the device can be brought to an emergency stop with the touch of a button.

When the chiller becomes abnormal, it outputs an alarm contact to the circulation destination device.

Types B and D are high-pressure pump specifications that can obtain a discharge pressure of 0.2 MPa, which is equivalent to water pressure.
