DISCO DAD 522 is a scribing/dicing equipment for use in the foodservice industry. It is used for cutting the food into precise and uniform sizes and shapes. DISCO DAD522 is composed of a sturdy stainless steel base and a removable cutting board. On the base is a reversing knob which allows the cutting board to be adjusted to either a larger or a smaller size. The size is determined by changing the gear ratio in the knob. It also has a depth gauge which measures the exact depth of the cut desired. The cutting board also has a series of evenly spaced cutting blades.
