THE HIGH-PERFORMANCE HOT AIR DIFFUSION DEVICE WITH UNIFORM DISPERSION IS ADOPTED TO KEEP THE PLASTIC DRYING TEMPERATURE UNIFORM AND IMPROVE THE DRYING EFFICIENCY. THE BENDING DESIGN OF THE HOT AIR PIPE CAN PREVENT THE POWDER SHOULDER FROM ACCUMULATING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ELECTRIC HEATING PIPE AND CAUSING COMBUSTION; THE INNER AND INNER PARTS OF THE BARREL ARE MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL TO ENSURE THAT THE RAW MATERIALS ARE NOT POLLUTED. THE MATERIAL BARREL IS SEPARATED FROM THE HOPPER WHICH IS CONVENIENT FOR CLEANING AND RAPID FOR REFUELING; THE PROPORTIONAL DEVIATION INDICATING TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER CAN PRECISELY CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE. THE ENTIRE SERIES FEATURES AN EXPOSED POWER SWITCH AND AN EXCITATION TRIPPING OVER-TEMPERATURE PROTECTION DEVICE, ENSURING SAFE AND RELIABLE MACHINE OPERATION. ZHD-25~150 ELECTRIC HEATING TUBES ARE CONNECTED WITH STAGGERED PIECES, AND OTHER MACHINE MODELS HAVE TEMPERATURE PROTECTORS TO PREVENT THE ELECTRIC HEATING TUBES FROM DRY BURNING DUE TO FAN FAILURE. THE SYSTEM INCLUDES AN OVER-TEMPERATURE TRIP FUNCTION. IF THE DRYING TEMPERATURE EXCEEDS THE SET DEVIATION VALUE, THE MAIN POWER SUPPLY WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CUT OFF. THE USE OF HEAT-INSULATING FANS CONTRIBUTES TO AN EXTENDED SERVICE LIFE OF THE MACHINE.
